Call for Prototype Demonstration – AI-MERT 2025
The 1st International Conference on AI Innovations in Medical Engineering and Robotics Technology (AI-MERT 2025)
invites innovators, researchers, startups, and students to participate in the Prototype Demonstration Track.
This unique track provides a platform to showcase working prototypes, proofs-of-concept, and emerging technologies in
the fields of AI, Robotics, and Medical Engineering. Demonstrations will run alongside the poster and exhibition sessions,
creating opportunities for hands-on interaction, networking, and potential collaboration with industry leaders and
healthcare providers.
Scope of Demonstrations
- Rehabilitation Robotics & Assistive Devices (robotic exoskeletons, prosthetics, mobility aids)
- AI-enabled Surgical Tools and Imaging Systems
- Wearable & Implantable Medical Devices
- Biomedical Signal Processing Systems (EEG, EMG, ECG applications)
- AR/VR & Digital Twins for medical training, therapy, and rehabilitation
- AI for Aging Society and Disability Support Technologies
- Smart Healthcare Monitoring Systems and IoT solutions
Demonstration Format
- Live Demonstrations: During both days at the Exhibition Booth Area of the conference.
- Poster + Prototype Showcase: Each team provides a poster summarizing technical aspects.
- Startup & Student Booths: Integrated within the exhibition space to encourage interaction.
Each Selected Team Will Receive
- Exhibition space with table, power supply, and internet access.
- Opportunities to engage with international experts, industry, and policymakers.
- Inclusion in the AI-MERT 2025 Exhibition Highlights.
Submission Guidelines
Interested participants should submit a Prototype Demonstration Proposal including:
- Title of Prototype / Project
- Abstract (250–300 words) describing the concept, technical innovation, and healthcare relevance
- Technical Requirements (power, space, special setup if any)
- Team Information (names, affiliations, contact details)
- Status of Prototype (ready, under development, pilot tested)
- File Format: PDF (2–3 pages)
- Language: English
- At least one team member must register and attend the conference to present the prototype.
