AI-MERT 2026 invites researchers, clinicians, engineers, and industry professionals worldwide to submit original, unpublished work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, medical engineering, and robotics technology. Organized by the Department of Industrial Systems Engineering at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in collaboration with Mahidol University, the conference offers an international platform for interdisciplinary knowledge exchange across smart healthcare infrastructure, diagnostic intelligence, and automated therapeutic ecosystems.

*Accepted papers that successfully complete the peer-review process will be published in the conference proceedings by peer-reviewed publication.

Submission Categories

Authors may submit under either of the following categories. All accepted contributions may be presented in an oral or poster session as determined by the Scientific Committee.

Full Paper	Complete, original research prepared with the provided manuscript template. Eligible for oral or poster presentation.	Double-blind review by at least two independent experts; accepted papers appear in the peer-reviewed proceedings.

All papers must be prepared using the official peer-reviewed publication conference manuscript templates, which ensure a consistent format for the proceedings. Templates contain guidance text for composing and formatting your paper.

How to Submit

1. Prepare your manuscript using the template and remove all guidance text.
2. Ensure the paper is anonymized for double-blind review (remove author names, affiliations, and identifying references).
3. Upload your file through the official AI-MERT 2026 Submission Portal.
4. Await the notification of acceptance, then submit the camera-ready (final) version by the stated deadline.
