Accommodation – AI-MERT 2025
AI-MERT 2025 will be held at the Asian Institute of Technology Conference Center (AITCC), Pathum Thani, Thailand, on December 18–19, 2025. To ensure a comfortable stay, we have arranged convenient on-campus guesthouses and identified several recommended hotels nearby. Participants may also choose to stay in Bangkok and commute (~1 hour by car).
On-Campus Accommodation (AITCC Hotel & Guesthouse)
Location: Within walking distance of the AIT Conference Center.
Facilities: Comfortable rooms, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, meeting areas.
Meals: Breakfast available, plus multiple dining options on campus (Thai, Asian, international).
Booking: Limited rooms, first-come-first-serve. Early reservation strongly recommended.

Participants may also choose to stay in central Bangkok and commute daily (~1 hour). This option is recommended for those wishing to explore Bangkok’s cultural landmarks, shopping, and entertainment after the conference.
