Call for Workshop / Tutorial Proposals – AI-MERT 2025
The 1st International Conference on AI Innovations in Medical Engineering and Robotics Technology (AI-MERT 2025)
invites researchers, practitioners, industry leaders, and educators to submit proposals for Workshops and Tutorials
to be conducted during the conference on December 18–19, 2025 at the
AIT Conference Center, Pathum Thani, Thailand.
Workshops and tutorials provide an opportunity for deeper engagement with specific, emerging, and practical topics in AI,
medical engineering, robotics, and healthcare applications. They are designed to complement the main conference by offering
interactive, hands-on learning and focused discussions.
Scope of Workshops and Tutorials
- AI in Healthcare Applications (diagnostics, predictive analytics, clinical decision support)
- Rehabilitation Robotics and Prosthetics
- AI-Enabled Surgical Assistance Systems
- Biomedical Signal Processing (EEG, EMG, ECG applications)
- AR/VR and Digital Twins in therapy and medical training
- Wearables, Sensors, and IoT for Smart Healthcare
- Ethics, Safety, and Regulation of AI in Healthcare
- AI for Aging Societies and Assistive Technologies
- Startup / Industry Innovation Workshops
Proposal Guidelines
- Title of the Workshop/Tutorial
- Abstract (200–300 words) describing objectives and relevance
- Target Audience (students, researchers, industry, clinicians, etc.)
- Expected Duration (half-day or full-day)
- Learning Outcomes (skills & knowledge participants will gain)
- Organizers/Presenters (names, affiliations, bios)
- Technical Requirements (equipment, space, software, etc.)
- Prior Experience (if similar sessions were conducted before)

Review Process
