Submission Guidelines
Peer Review Process
All submissions undergo a rigorous, fair, and confidential peer-review process conducted in accordance with the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) Ethical Guidelines for Peer Reviewers. Reviewers are selected from a pool comprising the International Technical Program Committee, the Scientific Committee, and external experts from academia, research organizations, and industry. Every full paper is evaluated through a double-blind review by at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area. Where reviewers’ recommendations conflict, the manuscript is assigned to a third reviewer. Final acceptance decisions are made by the Editors based on reviewer comments, originality, technical quality, scientific significance, and relevance to the conference themes.Publication Ethics & Malpractice Statement
AI-MERT 2026 is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics. The conference adheres to the principles set out by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), and all parties — authors, editors, and reviewers — are expected to comply with these ethical guidelines.- All submitted papers must be original, unpublished work that is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
- Authors are required to certify the originality of their submissions and their compliance with the conference publication ethics.
- Only accepted papers that successfully complete the peer-review process will be included in the conference proceedings.
- Manuscripts are screened for plagiarism, data fabrication, and other forms of research misconduct; violations result in rejection.
Editorial Responsibility
